This is a rare, newly described fossil trilobite Adrisiops weugi for sale. This is a Phacopid with a prominent cephalon and a sort of "strange" smile in the anterior margin.
This Characteristics give it the name of "smiley phacops" It was described in 2017 by some of good friends: Van Viersen, Holland & Koppka.
