    references : Eldonia is an extinct soft-bodied cambroernid animal. It is well known from Burgess Shale layers with particular attention in the 'Great Eldonia layer'  Walcott Quarry. Species also occur in the Chengjiang biota, Spence Shale, Marjum Formation and in Upper Ordovician strata of Morocco. It is related to coelenterate medusa? or a sea cucumber... still in debate
